Christian Dior Diorskin Nude Natural Glow Hydrating Makeup in 031 Review

Dior Nude is the foundation I ended up with when I had a tan and my beloved YSL Teint Resist 7 looked too pale on me, and 8 looked too pink.

I'm so glad I went with this, it looks absolutely gorgeous on. You need a pump of this for a full, well covered face.

I'd always set this with powder, as on its own it gets too shiny, and so would not last a full day with no touch ups. What I'd usually set it with is a very small amount of Dior Forever Powder on a powder brush, and you're good to go for the day, and forget about touch ups. This of course is if you have combination/dry skin. Oily type skin types would probably need a stronger powder to keep it looking as fresh as applied for the whole day.

The shade 031 is on the yellow side, and this suits my olive/yellow toned skin to a t!

Christian Dior Diorskin Forever Compact Flawless & Moist Extreme Wear Makeup SPF25 Review

I really like this powder, not really as a foundation powder but as a setting powder. I use this on top of my Dior Nude liquid, and because this has good coverage, it really does give a smooth and flawless finish for the whole day.

The shade that matched me well was 030 Medium Beige, but only because I have a tan at the moment.

I usually find the included sponges in these type of compacts useless, so I used my Everyday Minerals Powder Brush to set my foundation on with this, and it worked perfectly.

The packaging feels very luxurious, typical of Dior with their velvet pockets for all of their compacts.

Christian Dior DiorShow Maximizer Lash Plumping Serum and Primer

I was getting my makeup done in Dior in Debenhams, and as per usual I was thinking that I'll be left with my tiny lashes made into little spiders' legs, as the case was whenever I got my makeup done anywhere, since they never pay attention to my lashes which need a bit of TLC.

So, here I am sitting in front of that mirror, and expecting the worst, till the girl pulls out a white wand, dips it into their primer, and I am left with these huge  white lashes, and I could not believe it! She then used one of their mascaras, which I never had any luck with anyway, but bought the primer since I was so impressed with it.

In the past I have used several primers from Lancome, Urban Decay, Clinique, etc, so I did have an idea of what they do, but never expected that I could reach such length, curl and volume like I do with this primer.

This primer is meant to be great as a conditioner/treatment for growing lashes, and for strengthening them. I however, have not used this at night, I only ever use it before my mascara. So far, I have used this for a good few months now, and can't really say that I noticed much growth from this.

This primer works great under any mascara, be it low-end or high-end, and gives amazing lashes every time.

A combination of the fabulous brush plus the formula of this primer is what gives my lashes such great results every time.
