Essence Fix & Matte Translucent Loose Powder (Perfect Dupe for MAC Prep & Prime Powder!)

I have been using MAC's Prep & Prime powder for a good while and love it, it sets any makeup perfectly for the day!

I came across this in Penney's and when swatched on my hand, it felt ridiculously similar to MAC's Prep & Prime.. So for only 3.99 euro I grabbed one to see if it really was the same thing when setting my makeup.

Well the results are incredibly similar, and it not only sets the makeup as perfectly as MAC's version, it actually made my makeup last way longer than MAC's too. With the MAC, I was getting a dewy forehead/nose by around 1pm, which was fine.. But when the Essence powder, at a fraction of the price, made my makeup last way longer, I sure was left impressed.

Usually cheaper dupes don't always work for me, however this is so amazingly similar and in my opinion, the cheap version is even far superior. As you can see in the above pictures, there is absolutely no difference between the two powders whatsoever.

Blue Sheen is such an unusual colour of a blue, black, pearl mixture. Gorgeous!!!!

MAC Glitter and Ice Collection Mineralize Eye Shadow in Hold That Pose! Review

MAC describe Hold That Pose! as a pale mauve melange. Love this shade, it's a very ice frosty shimmer shade.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Shadow Pencil in Wasteland Review

Wasteland is a nice deep brown without any red hues. I use this on a daily basis with Rehab on my lower lash line. One of my favourite products of all time! :)

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Shadow Pencil in Delinquent Review

I love all Urban Decay Shadow pencils, I think they're one of the best products UD has come out with. Delinquent is a really unusual shade in that it's a gorgeous purple laced with purple glitter. And of course there is no fall out with these pencil no matter how much glitter is in them. :)

Benefit Eye Bright Pencil Review

This is a very light baby creamy pink pencil that I use on my inner eye corner to brighten up my eyes. I have been using this pencil for the past few years, and cannot be without it. I have tried to find a few dupes, but they're never as good as this. Love it!

To make it last throughout the whole day with no touch ups I found that setting it with a powder right after application does the job quiet well.
