Guerlain Terracotta Bronzing Powder Moisturising and Long Lasting Review

I splurged 44eur on this when I was wondering about at the Guerlain counter in Debenhams

What attracted me was the 01 shade which is a natural looking, matte bronzing powder, and Guerlain's signature smell. The smell fades away eventually, but you are left with a gorgeous looking tan!

I don't usually wear a lot of bronzer if any, because it tends to look muddy on my NC25 complexion, and very unnatural. With this, however, it looks sun kissed, and the moisturising factor of this powder is very apparent on my combination/dry skin.

Eyes Lips Face ELF Large Makeup Holder Review

There was a free delivery coupon for ELF, so I was very tempted to get something. I have a few ELF products, and so far have been really happy with.

I decided to get this ELF brush holder since my brushes are separated into ones that I reach out for everyday, and those that I don't. I was keeping them in a pencil case type of bag, which wasn't very convenient on a daily basis. And so I thought that this holder would be perfect for me! And it is! It is a perfect size, in that it is narrow enough and not too tall to keep on my vanity dresser.

There are three compartments separated, and the writing goes across with "eyes", "lips", "face" -  so that you can keep your eye brushes in the eye compartment and so on. Not necessary, but for those that are super organised it comes in handy.

I was able to fit all my brushes in, without forcing any in; and I find that it is now so easy to take the brush I need and put it back in, compared to the way I used to have my "daily" ones in pencil case type bag.

The holder itself is quite sturdy, and looks like it would be easy to clean

I highly recommend this brush holder for anyone who lost count of how many brushes they have!

Lancome Le Rouge Absolu in 131 Pense A Moi Review

Pense a Moi is a very rich red/burgundy colour. I wouldn't usually wear such bold colours as this, however this looked like it would suit anyone and it really does look gorgeous.

For something more subtle during the day, this lipstick can be used as a stain, applying very faintly on your lips.

Lancome L'Absolu Rouge La Base in 00

This lipstick base feels so smooth and moisturising. It gives off a nice sheen, almost like a highlight.

Chanel Rouge Allure Extrait de Gloss Lip Gloss Levres in 56 Imaginaire Review

This is the most gorgeous shade of pink. The gloss has a rich moisturising texture, that lasts well, and does not give the sticky feeling you can sometimes get when using lipgloss.

The only con I can comment on is the totally opaque tube, that you won't be able to see when the gloss is near the end. Other than that, it does feel heavy and luxurious

Too Faced Look of Love Makup Collection Review

I ordered the Too Faced Look of Love set from lookfantastic, with one of their 15% off promotion.

It comes with a full size Lash Injection Mascara in Black (13.5 ml), full size Glamour Gloss Lip Gloss in Barely Legal (3.6 ml), a full size Shadow Insurance (11 ml), a mini Primed & Poreless Face Primer (5 ml), a compact with Silk Teddy and Totally Toasted eyeshadows and La Vie en Rose blush (7.9 g), a mini kabuki brush, in the cutest bag ever!!

You can see swatches below of the eyeshadows which are very shimmery and pigmented, and the pink blush which has some shimmer and is quite pigmented too. The lipgloss is gorgeous, it's the most perfect pink, and smells delicious!! I did not get to try the mascara, so cannot yet comment on it, but the brush looks a good size. The kabuki brush is really soft, and it seems like it wouldn't shed, but I have not put it to the test yet.

Overall, this set is great value with the good sized products, and some full sized. Highly recommend it!
