This is a decent liner from L'Oreal, it does not come that cheap (most L'Oreal products don't!), but still more affordable compared to higher end brands such Estee Lauder and YSL.
The liner has a felt tip end, which is really easy to draw out your line with. The black is a good black, however not the blackest black, and definitely not the carbon black they're describing. Nonetheless, this is still a decent liner.
