This is a decent black eyeliner, but I honestly didn't find it to be the blackest or the most long lasting. It has zero (pardon the pun:)!) lasting power on the water line which is so disappointing.

Yeah, it's not amazing at all! I prefer Avon Glimmerstick for my waterline..
