This primer potion is made of the same formula as the original one that comes out clear, except that this gives a gorgeous sheen to your lid. It still has amazing hold for your eyeshadows, be it cheap or expensive.
The finish from this primer potion is very comparable to Too Faced Shadow Insurance in Candlelight.
